So it was time, there were shoes everywhere and we needed a shoe rack. So we made a little trip to Walmart and bought the one that looked like it would hold the most shoes. We brought it home and it got put to the side cuz it had to be put together and we didnt have time to do it right then. Well, Sunday rolls around Tony and Tj were watching tv so Trish and I decided it was time, the shoe rack needed to be put together! So as we pull everything out of the box and look at the instructions we discover we need a hammer. Now it would be way to much work to walk up the stairs and ask Tj where a hammer is. So the fun begins... Trish picks up one of my shoes and attempts to hammer things together. It was kind of loud and we hear the boys up stairs going WHAT ARE THEY DOING DOWN THERE! So here come Tj to see what we are managing to destroy! He looks at us like we are retarded and goes to find us a hammer. Well, the hammer was left at the shop so he brings me a 2x4 and tells me to use that. I tell him thank you like he is a genius for thinking of that and as he goes upstairs I set down the wood and tell Trish to throw me a shoe! The shoes ended up working much better! After it was a shoe rack we were putting together! Thanks Trish for all your help!

Why in the heck didn't you just buy the kind that hang over your closet bar and already have the holes made for you out of canvas? Next time go to Bed Bath and Beyond, all we had to for ours was hang it up. Sorely misled, my friend. Sorely misled. But then what fun would that have been? And you couldn't have blogged about it because it wouldn't have made a cool story. Alright, you win.
